Information We Collect

This site has no forms, accounts, or checkout, so you never type personal information into it. It measures visits with a privacy-focused analytics service and the Meta Pixel, and loads one of its typefaces from Adobe Fonts. Each is described below.

Website Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to understand how people use this site. It records the page visited, the referring site, campaign information in the page address (such as utm_source), browser, operating system, device type, approximate location, and clicks on links to hempsolv.com.

Plausible does not use cookies or persistent identifiers and does not track visitors across websites or devices. It briefly processes an IP address and browser information to count visits, but does not store them. Results are aggregated.

Meta Pixel

Pages on this site may load the Meta Pixel, a script from Meta Platforms, Inc., so we can measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads work. It runs only for visitors in the United States, and never on this privacy page. It records the page you visited and when you follow a link to hempsolv.com, along with standard browser and device information, and Meta may set cookies to recognize your browser. We send every event with Meta's Limited Data Use setting, and Meta's automatic collection of page and form details is turned off.

Meta handles this information under its own privacy policy. You can limit how Meta uses activity from websites like ours in your Meta ad preferences, or block the pixel with a content blocker.

Fonts

Headings on this site use a typeface served by Adobe Fonts, which Hempsolv's store also uses. To deliver it, Adobe receives your IP address and browser information with each page view, and counts page views for font licensing. Adobe Fonts sets no cookies. Adobe handles this under its own Adobe Fonts privacy notice.

When you follow a link from this site to hempsolv.com, the link carries the campaign information you arrived with (the utm_ parameters and Meta's click ID), so the store can tell which ad brought you. What happens on hempsolv.com is covered by the store's privacy policy.

What We Never Send

We never send your name, email address, health information, or order details to Plausible or Meta from this site. If you arrive from one of our emails, the subscriber identifier in that link is removed from the page address before the Meta Pixel loads.

We do not sell personal information.

Your Choices

You can block analytics and the Meta Pixel with a content blocker, and limit Meta's use of website activity in your Meta ad preferences. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you.
